| MCN Group, Inc. prefers to work as
a single agent for the buyer (Buyers Broker) representing you the buyer, but
will work as a transaction broker if you prefer. |
| As a Buyers Broker we require a non
refundable binder of $50.00 which will be applied to the compensation (commissions)
earned. Property listed typically provides for the seller to pay a predetermined
commission based on the sales prices at closing. We shall accept that commission as our
fee less the binder paid in advance. This representation favors the Buyer. |
| As a transaction broker no fee is required,
our compensation is obtained strictly from the commissions earned. The representation
however is designed facilitate the completion of the transaction. By agreeing to this
relationship you are acknowledging that you are working with our firm to assist you in
purchasing Real Estate. |
